📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing daily store operations, including inventory control, sales tracking, and customer service.,Support the Store Manager in implementing sales strategies and promotions to drive revenue growth.,Train and supervise store staff to ensure high levels of customer service and product knowledge.,Monitor store performance metrics and provide regular reports to the Store Manager.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.,Assist in organizing and participating in store events and activities to boost customer engagement.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in the store.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment for a pleasant shopping experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong understanding of retail operations and customer service principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Knowledge of POS systems and inventory management software is a plus.,Familiarity with local market trends and customer preferences in the Sanur, Bali area.
