📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process from job advertising to onboarding new employees.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Handle employee relations issues, including grievances and disciplinary actions.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure a positive work environment.,Assist in the development and implementation of training programs.,Stay updated on HR trends and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR generalist roles.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Experience with HRIS systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proactive and detail-oriented with a strong problem-solving attitude.
