📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain accurate inventory records using ERP systems like SAP or Oracle.
• Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Implement and monitor inventory control processes to minimize stockouts and overstock situations.
• Collaborate with procurement teams to optimize inventory levels and ensure timely restocking.
• Generate and analyze inventory reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Train and mentor junior staff on inventory management best practices.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to support overall business operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory management or a similar role.
