In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and executing comprehensive test plans and strategies to ensure the quality of our software products. You will work with agile methodologies, using tools like Jira, TestRail, and Selenium to manage and execute test cases. Daily, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues, ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and performance.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design, implement, and execute comprehensive test plans and strategies to ensure the quality of software products.
• Work with agile methodologies, using tools like Jira, TestRail, and Selenium to manage and execute test cases.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues, ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and performance.
• Perform manual and automated testing to ensure software functionality, reliability, and performance.
• Create and maintain detailed test documentation, including test cases, test scripts, and test reports.
• Identify, document, and track software defects using bug tracking tools.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices in quality assurance.
• Provide feedback and recommendations to improve the quality assurance process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in software quality assurance, with a focus on manual and automated testing.
• Proficient in using test management tools like Jira, TestRail, and Selenium.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and quality assurance processes.
• Experience with agile methodologies and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
