As a Lead Backend Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our backend systems and services. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet business requirements and enhance user experience.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and mentor a team of backend developers, ensuring they are aligned with project goals and best practices.,Design and implement scalable and efficient backend systems and services using modern technologies and frameworks.,Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.,Optimize backend performance, reliability, and security, ensuring systems are robust and secure.,Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, and apply them to improve our backend systems.,Troubleshoot and resolve backend issues, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum uptime for our systems.,Document technical designs, architectures, and processes for future reference and knowledge sharing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in backend development, with a strong background in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python, Node.js, etc.).,Experience leading and mentoring a team of developers, with a track record of successful project delivery.,Solid understanding of software development methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, or Kanban.,Proficiency in database design and management, with experience in SQL and NoSQL databases.,Experience with cloud platforms and services, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.,Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and analytically.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
