Root Global Lestari is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Receptionist to join our team in Cianjur, Jawa Barat. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, ensuring a warm and professional welcome. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist visitors and clients with a warm and professional manner.,Answer and direct incoming calls, emails, and messages to the appropriate department.,Manage and maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and welcoming.,Schedule appointments and meetings, and coordinate with staff to ensure smooth operations.,Handle and resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and efficient manner.,Provide information and support to employees regarding company policies and procedures.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of visitor and client interactions.,Assist in training and mentoring new receptionists and staff members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.,Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Indonesian and English.,Strong organizational and multitasking skills.,Proficiency in using office software and tools such as Microsoft Office.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.,Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
