📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a team of structural engineers in the design and analysis of structural systems for various projects.,Develop and implement structural engineering standards and best practices to ensure project compliance and safety.,Conduct structural analysis and design for new construction projects, including buildings, bridges, and other infrastructure.,Review and approve structural engineering drawings and calculations prepared by junior engineers.,Collaborate with other engineering disciplines to ensure the structural integrity of projects.,Provide technical guidance and support to clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.,Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in structural engineering, with a focus on design and analysis.,Proficiency in structural engineering software, such as ETABS, SAP2000, or similar.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian building codes and standards (SNI).,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Valid professional engineer license (if applicable).
