📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage daily production operations to ensure efficient and effective workflow.,Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of production targets.,Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain high standards of quality and safety.,Lead and mentor production team members, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team goals.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address production challenges and implement solutions.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date production records and reports.,Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.,Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance productivity.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Production Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in production supervision or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of production planning, scheduling, and control systems.,Proven ability to lead and manage teams effectively.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with quality control and safety procedures.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and Portuguese.
