📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a team of nursing professionals in the implementation of innovative research projects.,Develop and oversee the execution of research studies aimed at improving mental health care practices.,Collaborate with healthcare professionals, researchers, and stakeholders to identify and address mental health challenges.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in mental health care and research.,Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the nursing department.,Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities for team members.,Represent the Institute of Mental Health at national and international conferences and events.,Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of research activities and outcomes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related field.,Master's degree in Nursing or a related field preferred.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in nursing, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.,Proven track record of successfully managing and leading nursing teams.,Strong knowledge of mental health care practices and research methodologies.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and diverse environment.
