📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee all financial operations of the hotel, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations, including GAAP and IFRS.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Oversee the preparation of tax returns and ensure timely filing and payment of taxes.,Manage relationships with external auditors and ensure timely completion of audit requirements.,Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure efficient and accurate financial management.,Provide financial guidance and support to department heads and managers to ensure financial goals are met.,Monitor and analyze financial performance to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 3 years in a senior management role.,Proven track record of success in managing financial operations in the hospitality industry.,Strong knowledge of accounting standards and regulations, including GAAP and IFRS.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with department heads and managers.,Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Familiarity with hotel management systems and software.
