📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the company.,Assist in the development and implementation of company policies and procedures.,Handle employee relations, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.,Ensure compliance with company policies, laws, and regulations.,Manage office supplies, facilities, and equipment.,Organize and coordinate company events, meetings, and activities.,Provide administrative support to senior management and department heads.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in General Affairs or a similar administrative role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) is a plus.,Fluent in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
