📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and analyze cost data to identify areas for improvement and cost savings.,Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports and documentation.,Work closely with the finance team to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Assist in the budgeting process and provide cost control advice.,Conduct regular cost audits to ensure accuracy and efficiency.,Provide support to the management team in making informed financial decisions.,Maintain a high level of confidentiality and integrity in all financial matters.,Stay updated with the latest financial regulations and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a cost control or financial analysis role.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with cost accounting principles and practices.,Knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards is a plus.
