📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of operational strategies and plans.,Oversee day-to-day operations, including production, logistics, and customer service.,Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient workflow and resource utilization.,Conduct regular operational audits and provide recommendations for process improvements.,Manage and mentor operational staff to ensure high performance and productivity.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in an operational management role.,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Proficiency in using operational management software and tools.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian business culture and regulations.
