Bright Little Stars is seeking a passionate and dedicated Baby & Toddler Teacher to join our team. We are looking for someone who is not only experienced in working with young children but also has a deep understanding of early childhood development. This is a full-time position with a contract duration of 6 months, renewable based on performance.

In this role, you will be responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for our little ones. You will work closely with parents to ensure the best possible care and education for each child.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and lessons for babies and toddlers.,Create a safe and stimulating environment that promotes learning and development.,Assist in the development and implementation of the daily routine and curriculum.,Monitor and evaluate the progress of each child to ensure they are meeting developmental milestones.,Work closely with parents to communicate child's progress and address any concerns.,Maintain accurate records of each child's development and progress.,Collaborate with other educators and staff to ensure the best possible care for all children.,Promote a positive and inclusive environment that respects each child's individuality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience working with babies and toddlers in a childcare setting.,Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Certification in Early Childhood Education (e.g., CPR, First Aid, or other relevant certifications).,Strong understanding of early childhood development and learning theories.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and with parents.,Creative and imaginative thinking skills.,Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of each child.
