Express Bright Ekspansindo is seeking a dedicated Deputy Purchasing Staff to join our team in Deli Serdang. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the purchasing department in managing procurement activities, ensuring timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of purchasing processes and a commitment to maintaining high standards of efficiency and accuracy.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the preparation and processing of purchase orders and invoices.,Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality of goods.,Monitor inventory levels and reorder stock as needed.,Conduct regular price comparisons to ensure competitive pricing.,Maintain accurate records of all purchasing activities.,Support the purchasing manager in developing and implementing purchasing strategies.,Assist in the negotiation of contracts and agreements with suppliers.,Provide assistance in the preparation of reports and analyses related to purchasing activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a purchasing or procurement role.,Strong understanding of purchasing processes and procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Knowledge of Indonesian language and local market conditions is an advantage.
