📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain accurate financial forecasts and budgets using tools like SAP and QuickBooks.
Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, providing actionable insights to the leadership team.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with business objectives.
Prepare and present regular financial reports to stakeholders, including the board of directors and senior management.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates to ensure financial targets are met.
Assist in the preparation of financial statements and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in financial planning and analysis.
Provide financial support and guidance to business units to drive operational efficiency and profitability.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with a strong background in FP&A.
Proficient in financial modeling and forecasting using tools like Excel, SAP, and QuickBooks.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey financial information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.
Certification in financial planning and analysis (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus.
Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
