📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee all financial activities of the company, including accounting, budgeting, and financial planning.,Prepare and analyze financial reports to provide insights into the company's financial performance.,Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and accounting standards.,Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth and profitability.,Oversee the payroll process and ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries and benefits.,Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure the company's financial stability.,Lead and mentor a team of accounting and finance professionals.,Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement financial policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Finance Manager role, preferably in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and budgeting.,Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior management and cross-functional teams.,Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.
