📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Packaging food products according to company standards and customer requirements.
• Ensuring all products are labeled correctly and meet quality standards.
• Working with various packaging materials and equipment, including but not limited to shrink wrap machines, tray sealers, and labeling machines.
• Following strict hygiene and safety protocols to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Assisting in quality control checks to ensure products meet the required standards.
• Collaborating with the production team to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
• Maintaining accurate records of production and packaging activities.
• Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in food production or a related field.
• Experience with food packaging equipment and processes.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately and efficiently.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
• Familiarity with food safety and hygiene standards.
• Ability to lift and move heavy packages and equipment.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
• Basic knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus.
