📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily operations of the outlet including stock control, sales, and customer service.,Ensure the outlet meets sales targets and KPIs.,Train and develop outlet staff to maintain high service standards.,Monitor and report on outlet performance to the regional manager.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Participate in inventory management and ensure stock levels are adequate.,Assist in the implementation of marketing and promotional activities.,Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Knowledge of retail operations and management best practices.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and retail software is a plus.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
