As a Junior Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing daily store operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and staff scheduling.,Ensure that all sales transactions are accurately recorded and processed.,Monitor and maintain store cleanliness and organization to create a pleasant shopping environment.,Train and mentor junior staff to enhance their performance and contribute to a positive work environment.,Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote store products and attract customers.,Conduct regular stock checks to ensure accurate inventory levels and prevent stockouts or overstocking.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, sales, and customer service.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage staff and customers.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and retail software is a plus.,Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
