In this role, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth business processes, and supporting the team to achieve their goals. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Coordinate with various departments to streamline business processes.,Monitor and maintain inventory levels to prevent shortages or excess stock.,Assist in the preparation of operational reports and data analysis.,Support the team in achieving operational targets and KPIs.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to operations.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to operational improvements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in operations or related roles.,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Must be fluent in Indonesian and English.
