📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet hiring needs.,Source, screen, and evaluate job candidates to ensure they meet the job requirements.,Conduct interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates for the role.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate needs.,Maintain a strong network of potential candidates and industry contacts.,Provide feedback to candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other recruitment software.
