📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the procurement process from start to finish, including supplier selection, negotiation, and contract management.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.,Analyze purchasing data to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve procurement efficiency.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.,Prepare and submit purchase orders, invoices, and other related documents.,Monitor inventory levels and place purchase requisitions as needed.,Conduct supplier evaluations and audits to ensure quality and reliability.,Collaborate with other departments to meet purchasing needs and goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in purchasing or procurement.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes, supplier management, and inventory control.,Excellent negotiation and communication skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
