📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to the menu.,Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.,Supervise and train junior chefs and kitchen staff.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Manage inventory and ensure efficient use of ingredients.,Collaborate with the Head Chef to develop and improve recipes.,Participate in inventory management and cost control.,Ensure the kitchen is clean and well-organized.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of success in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and ingredients.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with local and international cuisine.,Understanding of health and safety regulations in the food industry.,Fluent in English and Indonesian.
