As an Early Years / Infant Care Teacher at Busy Bees, you will be responsible for creating engaging and age-appropriate activities that foster cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development. You will work closely with our team of educators to ensure that each child's individual needs are met, and that they are prepared for their next steps in early childhood education. With a focus on play-based learning, you will inspire children to explore, discover, and learn through hands-on experiences.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement engaging, age-appropriate activities and lessons that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.
• Create a nurturing and stimulating learning environment that encourages children to explore, discover, and learn through play-based activities.
• Assist in planning and organizing daily routines, including meals, naps, and outdoor playtime.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure each child's individual needs are met and that they are prepared for their next steps in early childhood education.
• Maintain accurate records of children's progress, milestones, and any concerns.
• Promote a safe and secure environment for all children, following all relevant health and safety guidelines.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in early childhood education.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of the center.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working with young children aged 0-5 years.
• Certification in Early Childhood Education (e.g., CPR/First Aid, Child Development Associate, or equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of child development theories and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Passionate about early childhood education and committed to providing a nurturing and stimulating environment for children.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian, with the ability to communicate effectively with parents and caregivers.
