📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Screen and register blood donors, ensuring they meet eligibility criteria.
• Conduct phlebotomy procedures to collect blood samples safely and efficiently.
• Perform blood typing and cross-matching to ensure compatibility between donors and recipients.
• Test blood samples for infectious diseases using the Vironostika HIV-1/2 and Vironostika HBsAg kits.
• Process and separate blood components using the Automated Cell Separator.
• Store blood products according to established protocols and quality standards.
• Issue blood products to healthcare providers and monitor their usage.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Blood Bank Information System (BBIS).

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a blood bank or transfusion center.
• Certification as a Registered Nurse (RN) from the Indonesian Nursing Board.
• Certification in phlebotomy from a recognized institution.
• Knowledge of blood banking procedures and standards.
• Familiarity with the Automated Cell Separator and Blood Bank Information System (BBIS).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
