📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage the end-to-end export-import processes, from documentation to shipment.
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, customs laws, and company policies.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to optimize supply chain efficiency.
• Monitor and analyze trade data to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance trade performance and profitability.
• Provide training and guidance to junior staff to ensure high standards of service.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all trade activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in export-import operations, with a focus on trade logistics and customs clearance.
• Proven track record of managing and optimizing trade processes.
• Strong knowledge of international trade regulations, customs laws, and documentation requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners.
