📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations and ensure the smooth running of the Indramayu hub.
• Manage a team of 10-15 couriers, providing training, support, and performance evaluations.
• Optimize delivery routes and schedules to ensure timely and efficient package delivery.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track hub performance.
• Collaborate with the national logistics team to implement new processes and technologies.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and safety standards.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high service levels.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics, courier services, or a similar role.
• Proven track record of leading and managing teams effectively.
• Strong knowledge of logistics software and tools, such as SAP, JDE, or similar systems.
• Certification in logistics management or a related field is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with the logistics industry in Indonesia, particularly in the Western Java region.
