📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist customers with their purchases, providing excellent customer service.
• Maintain and organize our inventory, ensuring that our shelves are always stocked and presentable.
• Handle cash transactions and process returns and exchanges.
• Work closely with the store manager to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Promote our products and services to customers, increasing sales and customer satisfaction.
• Assist with stock-taking and inventory management using our in-house system.
• Keep the store clean and tidy, ensuring a pleasant shopping environment.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe working environment for all staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail environment, preferably in a similar role.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with basic inventory management and point-of-sale systems.
• Ability to lift and move heavy items up to 20 kg.
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
